- Toby and Amber Meekins are requesting approval of a conditional use permit to allow occupancy of what was formerly a legally non-conforming residence in the City of Tangent’s Community Commercial (CC) Zone. Because the residential use was interrupted for a period of more than one year, continued residential activity on the site requires planning commission approval of a Conditional Use permit. The applicant also seeks site plan approval for construction of a new office building on the same parcel for their business, Meekins Drafting and Design, which provides architectural and building design services. Property is located at 33230 Highway 99E, Tangent, OR 97389 (Township 12, Range 4W, Section 12AA, Tax Lot 100)
